I have a variety of caricature services that will exceed nearly all of your event needs! Guests love the creative, professional experience—and so will you! Please note: I do not sell individual caricatures for events or trade for services at this time.

Black & White Caricatures $120/hr

Perfect for mid-sized social settings such as restaurant events, business celebrations, and small community gatherings.

- Paper size: 11x17 inches

- Time: 5 minutes per person

- Amount: 12 people drawn per hour

Colored Caricatures $150/hr

My highest quality service will be an amazing addition for small gatherings such as family reunions, employee outings, and apartment events etc. Guests will cherish this gift for years to come.

- Amount: 10 people drawn per hour

Super-Fast Caricatures $200/hr

You found the right place if you are looking for an endless amount of events for me to draw at! Ever wondered about, "Having a custom caricature artist for weddings near me?" The good news for you is that I'm all over! Happy and willing to serve you!

My fastest service is a fantastic match for weddings, ceremonies, festivals, and more! These simple caricatures keep the line moving so guests can get back to enjoying the event.

- Paper size: 8.5x11 inches

- Amount: 40 people drawn per hour

- Time: 1-2 Minutes per person

- More affordable & convenient than hiring two artists

Digital Caricatures - $180/hr

You want this service at your business events, trade shows, conferences, and more! These caricatures attract plenty of people to your booth. You may choose to have your logo added to each digital portrait so guests will remember where they received your special gift!

- Paper size: 4x6 inches

- Amount: 7-8 people drawn per hour

- Time: 8 Minutes per person

Interested in any of these services?

    • Please provide 3 chairs (no table needed)

    • Must provide at least 7x7ft of space in a well-lit, well sheltered area where attendees can see me

    • Must book in hourly increments only

    • If available, I can stay for 15 minutes past my scheduled time. Any time after this, would be another hourly charge. This is due before I leave. I am only able to stay later if I have no prior commitments

    • My materials include: An easel, cardstock paper, drawing utensils, plastic sleeves to keep the drawings safe, etc.

    • My business signage stand. (Additional signage, if needed can include A-Frame, fabric banner, etc.)

    • What I bring may change if the event is out of state or if I am being flown out

    • If there is a long line, no double drawings will be allowed. This means that if someone gets drawn with their friend, they can't go back in line and get drawn by themselves. This ensures that as many people as possible receive a drawing

    • Guests do not need to sit completely still. They may relax, talk, text etc., as long as they are in their seat, glancing up every now and then

    • Pets may be drawn, but they will count as a person

    • If you have a special caricature request (ex: unique backgrounds, styles etc.), an add-on option is available on my booking form for you to choose. This will be $25/hr

  • To streamline the booking experience and ensure everything runs smoothly, I’ve updated my payment process. There are now only two payment options for securing your caricature services:

    1. Booking in Full

    • Full payment is completed via my booking form.

    • Payment is due within 7 days of confirming my availability.

    2. Deposit ​P​lan

    • Pay 40% upfront to secure your spot.

    • The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.

    • A $40 administrative fee will apply for this option.

    Benefits of​ Full​y ​P​aid Booking​s

    When you pay in full, you unlock a host of exclusive perks:

    • No $40 administrative fee.

    • No balance to worry about on your event day.

    • A complimentary digital caricature of yourself upon request if you book within 24hrs of your request being approved. (Want more people added? No problem—however, additional fees will apply.

    • If you book in full within 24hrs that your request is approved, you will be reimbursed 5% of your total amount.

    • Flexibility for last-minute changes.

    • Priority scheduling for your event.

    • Peace of mind: A signed agreement on the booking form guarantees a full refund if I or one of my artists “no call-no show” your event. 

    Not many caricature artists (if any) offer these benefits! Take advantage of them when you Book in Full.

    Additional Payment Terms

    • ​Must send a request form through my contact page for your service to be considered.

    • Payments that are past due will be automatically canceled.

    • I no longer accept payments on the day of the event.

    • I no longer accept checks, but you may still pay securely and conveniently via Debit/Credit Card.

    Last-Minute Requests:

    • For services booked within 7 days of your event, only the Booking in Full payment option is available.

    • A $30 late fee will apply, and payment must be completed within 24 hours of confirming my availability.

    Changes After Booking:

    • If you’d like to add extra hours or upgrade​/change your service, a separate invoice will be sent.

    • Payment for changes must be completed within 3 days, or the request will be denied.

  • Travel Policy

    • Please note: If it takes me more than an hour to reach your event (with or without traffic), a $30 travel fee will be required both to and from. This fee will be for every hour it takes for me to reach your event.

    • A separate invoice will be sent and must be paid in addition to this form for me to service your event. This will be added to the remaining balance which will be sent as an invoice that will be due 7 days before your event date. I will not be able to service your event.

    • Payments are non refundable, unless I (or my artists), no call-no show after all payment has been due.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Please note that the 40% deposit and $40 administrative fee are non-refundable. These payments secure your event date and cover essential preparation costs.

    • Refunds for cancellations are offered as follows:

    • 30 or More Days Before the Event: Refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit and administrative fee.

    • 15-29 Days Before the Event: 50% refund of the total payment, excluding the deposit and fee.

    • 14 Days or Less Before the Event:
      No refunds. However, you have 30 days to reschedule me for your event. Free of charge!

Multiple Caricature Artists

Booking Outside of Houston & Beyond?

Please note, you must book for a minimum of three hours.

  • Please note, that booking spots are first come, first serve. Confirmed availability does not hold your spot. The only way to secure your spot is to fill out the booking form and have your request approved. Full payment is due upfront through one of the booking forms.

    Traveling Info

    • If you are outside of Houston (i.e. Dallas or Austin), then a $50/hr travel fee will be required and due (as a separate invoice) to confirm your caricature session.

    • This will be for every hour it takes for me to arrive at your event.

    • This price includes traveling there and back

    • Depending how far away the event is, a hotel, plane ticket, or rental vehicle may be required as well.

    Caricature Session Info

    • For color: I can draw about 10-12 people per hour

    • For color: I can draw 4 people per hour. (one-two at a time is preferred for faster service)

    • For black and white: I can draw about 12-15 people per hour

    • For black and white: I can draw up to 9 people per portrait (one-two at a time is preferred for faster service)

    • Size of Portrait: 11 x 17 in. White premium smooth cardstock paper (you may provide me with your own branded paper, if you’d prefer)

    • Plastic sleeves will be available to keep the illustration safe and secure

    • Must be booked for a minimum of 3 hours

    • Events that are booked for 4 hours or more will require a minimum 15-minute break

    • My arrival time: 30-60 minutes before the scheduled time

    • I have a 15-minute grace period after my scheduled time. Any time past this, requires an additional hourly charge

    • Please provide three chairs in a well-lit and well-sheltered area, with at least 8x8ft of space. Supplies may need to be paid for as well, if I am unable to bring my own due to traveling restraints

    • I can do inside or outside setups for events. But inside is preferred for a better experience.

    • Please see the picture for my potential setup (my signage usage will vary).

    • No doubles, this means (for example) that if someone already gets drawn by themselves, they can’t go back in line and get drawn again with another person. This ensures that everyone gets a caricature. If it’s a slower event with less people, an exception can be made.

    • Cancellations that occur two-weeks or less prior to the event are non-refundable. However, you have a 30-day grace period from the original date of your event to reschedule for another caricature session
