New Changes to My Payment Process
To streamline the booking experience and ensure everything runs smoothly, I’ve updated my payment process. There are now only two payment options for securing your caricature services:
1. Booking in Full
Full payment is completed via my booking form.
Payment is due within 14 days of confirming my availability.
2. Deposit Plan
Pay 40% upfront to secure your spot.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
A $40 administrative fee will apply for this option.
Additional Payment Terms
Must send a request form through my contact page for your service to be considered.
Payments that are past due will be automatically canceled.
I no longer accept payments on the day of the event.
I no longer accept checks, but you may still pay securely and conveniently via Debit/Credit Card.
I'll do my best to send one to two follow ups leading up to your due date
Last-Minute Requests:
For services booked within 7 days of your event, only the Booking in Full payment option is available.
A $30 late fee will apply, and payment must be completed within 48 hours of confirming my availability.
Changes After Booking:
If you’d like to add extra hours or upgrade/change your service, a separate invoice will be sent.
Payment for changes must be completed within 3 days, or the request will be denied.
Benefits Booking In Full
When you pay in full, you unlock a host of exclusive perks:
No $40 administrative fee.
No balance to worry about on your event day.
A complimentary digital caricature of yourself upon request if you book within 24hrs of your request being approved. (Want more people added? No problem—however, additional fees will apply.
If you book in full within 24hrs that your request is approved, you will be reimbursed 5% of your total amount.
Flexibility for last-minute changes.
Priority scheduling for your event.
Peace of mind: A signed agreement on the booking form guarantees a full refund if I or one of my artists “no call-no show” your event.
Not many caricature artists (if any) offer these benefits! Take advantage of them when you Book in Full.

For online orders please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order. If you would like to receive your items sooner you may select the rush fee options on the order page.

Make sure to contact me immediately so that I can get the issue resolved as soon as possible. If I cannot locate the order on my end, you will be issued one final order, free of charge. Any orders afterward must be paid again.

Happiness guaranteed: If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact me and I'll fix, reprint or refund it one time only! If your product is lost or damaged, please notify me immediately, and I’ll send a final portrait your way!

Yes! Pets can be included in the artwork but they will count as a person for ordering purposes.

If I have an event or an appointment prior, I cannot. However, if I don't have any commitments I am more than happy to stay an extra 15min for free. Any length of time afterward will require an extra hourly charge for every hour following. Payment for staying later is due before my departure.

I am not accepting vendor events at this time. My Caricature Services are to be scheduled by the hour with a two-hour minimum. This requires the business/organization to pay for my services, which will allow the drawings to be free for the customers, maximizing the number of people who want to get dawn. Please double-check to ensure that the date and time of the event are correct. I will only go by the information that is submitted on the form. If you need to make a change after the form is submitted, please contact me so I can update it on my end. If you realize that you put the wrong date and/or time within 24 hours of the event’s accurate schedule (and I am unable to make the event, there will be no refund issued). If the correct information is given and I fail to show up for any reason or am unable to find another artist in time, I will fully reimburse you.

If you’d like, I will try and find another local caricature artist to take my place. If I am unable to do so in time, I will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund!

I have watched tons of anime and cartoons that have inspired me to draw. Naruto, Spongebob, and Sonic the Hedgehog to name a few. I also watched YouTube videos by Mark Crilley, Drawing with Jazza, and Bailey Jae.
The International Society of Caricature Artists (ISCA) is a community of caricatures from all over the world, Mac Garcia is a well-known Spring, TX caricature artist. He has an awesome video that speaks to the heart of what it means to draw in an exaggerated way.
Lastly, a book that is read by almost every caricaturist is called, “The Mad Art of Caricature! A Serious Guide to Drawing Funny Faces” by Tom Richmond.” Feel free to check it out. I hope these resources will help you on your journey and please reach out for more!

Click here to see the map of my preferred travel area. If it takes me more than an hour to reach your event (with or without traffic), a $30 travel fee will be required both to and from. This fee will be for every hour it takes for me to reach your event. A separate invoice will be sent and must be paid in addition to this form for me to service your event.. If the location is far enough (i.e. Out of state), I would require a plane ticket, a rental car (potentially), and room and board, and a means of transportation. Please note that our 40% deposit and $40 administrative fee are non-refundable. These payments secure your event date and cover essential preparation costs.
Refunds for cancellations are offered as follows:
30 or More Days Before the Event: Refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit and administrative fee.
15-29 Days Before the Event: 50% refund of the total payment, excluding the deposit and fee.
14 Days or Less Before the Event: No refunds. However, you have 30 days to reschedule me for your event. Free of charge!
